I was born in Marcilla (1961), a small village in the heart of Ribera de Navarra, an area rich in produce farming, and its transformation for canning and freezing.
As a child I wanted to be a biologist and drummer. I got both, and so I feel lucky, although my biggest “treasure” is the wonderful family I have.
In 1990, I joined a small team of managers in a pioneering, innovative and exciting project called Vega Mayor. 10 years later we had been developed a new product concept and we were the Spanish market leaders in “ready-to-use vegetables” (fresh-cut produce).
In 2001 we joined the Florette group. We had achieved our dream!
From the “family-style” company to the multinational corporation; from the first bags of product to more than 1,400 employees and 5 manufacturing sites.
24 years (1990-2014) in Steering Committees in constant development. I learnt from real leaders and entrepreneurs; I contributed to teamwork and internal cohesion, and lived through crises and uncertainties. I faced strategic crossroads and complex decisions, the pride of the successes and lessons from the mistakes. I contributed ideas and even new paradigms which generated “change.” A lot of learning, a lot of communication, strong convictions and, above all, passion and commitment always.

Reached my maturity I did a deep reflection. I made the decision to leave behind my comfort-zone and undertake, with the greatest enthusiasm, my own professional project to support small / medium Spanish food entrepreneur in the difficult task of leading his/her organization.
