I come from the Food industry, with 24 years of experience as a Director.
I have developed my career in highly innovative food companies and market leaders in FMCG and Food Service.
I have been a member of the Steering Committee of my companies since the creation of business projects to its consolidation in the market, which participating in strategic analysis and the development and implementation of business processes.
My personal experience alongside Managing Directors: strategic vision; Corporate culture (Customer-Process-Employee); new paradigms (Continuous Improvement-PDCA-Kaizen, TQM-Total Quality Management, Theory of Constraints (TOC), EFQM …).
